Feirully Irzal was born in Jakarta on February 1, 1977. He completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at Queensland University of Technology, Australia, in 2001. He then pursued a Master's degree in Economics at The University of Queensland, Queensland, graduating in 2004.
He has also participated in various training programs, seminars, and workshops, including the Jakarta Pre-Service Training (2007), Jakarta MRT System Operation Seminar (2010), Spatial Planning Training, MRT System Operation Training in Tokyo (2010), First-Level JFP Training (2010), and Integrated Waterway Transportation System Development (2010). Additionally, he attended training at the Human Resources Development Agency annually from 2017 to 2019.
Feirully Irzal is a distinguished civil servant, receiving the SLKS Top 10 Award from the President of Indonesia in 2017 and being recognized as one of the Top 20 Outstanding Civil Servants in 2019. Feirully has dedicated 15 years of service to the nation since 2006, holding various positions, including Staff at BKD of DKI Jakarta Province (2006), Staff at Subbid PPK in the Planning Department of Bappeda (2006), Staff at Subbid Transportation in SPKLH of Bappeda (2008), Staff at Subbid Public Works, Housing, and Land Affairs in SPKLH of Bappeda (2009), Functional Junior Planner at Bappeda (2012), Head of Subbid Public Works, Housing, and Land Affairs (2013), Head of Subbid Bina Marga Housing and Government Buildings in SPKLH of Bappeda (2013), Head of Subbid Spatial Planning, Parks, and Cemeteries in SPKLH of Bappeda (2015), and Head of Planning, Development, and Monitoring at Bappeda (2019).
Currently, Feirully Irzal serves as the Head of Strategic Planning and Development Funding at Bappeda DKI Jakarta Province since January 14, 2021.
