Dhimas Rachman Taufiq, S.E., M.Sc., is a Jakarta-based professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in economic analysis. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Glasgow, where he graduated with distinction. His academic credentials are complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University and a Licence in Hadith Sciences from Darus Sunnah International Institute. Dhimas has developed proficiency in statistical tools such as STATA, MATLAB, and EViews, and maintains a keen interest in banking, public policy, and sustainable development.

In his current role as the SDGs Manager of the Economic Development Pillar at the Jakarta Provincial Development Planning Agency, Dhimas is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of policies and strategies related to sustainable development goals. His work involves conducting economic research, analyzing key development issues, and establishing partnerships with government agencies, civil society organizations, and the private sector to support SDGs implementation. Prior to his current position, Dhimas served as a Trade and Public Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia. In this capacity, he gathered and analyzed trade data, studied global economic trends, and provided strategic insights and recommendations on trade policies. His previous roles also include research positions at the Institute for Development of Economics and Finance (INDEF), where he contributed to economic research and policy development projects.
